Terms & Conditions

Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Meta Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services.
Section 2 — Services
Meta Consulting provides bespoke strategic advisory, consulting, and network facilitation services. All services are invitation-only and governed by a separate engagement agreement executed between the Company and the client. These Terms apply to your use of this website and any preliminary communications.
Section 3 — Payments & Billing
All fees are denominated in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via wire transfer and credit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Stripe's services are governed by the Stripe Services Agreement (stripe.com/legal).
Section 4 — Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds are issued once an engagement has commenced or a retainer period has begun. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to kevin@metaconsulting.vip no fewer than 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Project-based engagements may be cancelled prior to commencement for a full refund, minus any administrative fees incurred.
Section 5 — Confidentiality
All information shared between the Company and its clients is treated as strictly confidential. Clients are required to execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to any substantive engagement. The Company will not disclose client identities or engagement details without express written consent.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and proprietary frameworks, is the exclusive property of MetaConsulting LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Section 7 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Section 8 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
