Acceptance
By engaging Meta Consulting LLC ('Meta Consulting', 'we', 'us'), you ('Client') agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Engagement begins upon execution of a formal engagement letter and remittance of the initial retainer.
Scope of Services
Meta Consulting provides bespoke advisory services as defined in each individual engagement letter. Services may include strategic advisory, transformation consulting, frontier briefings, and network introductions. Scope is limited to that defined in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the engagement. A mutual non-disclosure agreement governs the relationship and survives termination.
Payments
All fees are USD-denominated and processed via Stripe. Retainers are billed in advance. Project work is invoiced per the schedule defined in the engagement letter. No refunds are issued post-commencement.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. Pre-paid retainer fees for the notice period are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Meta Consulting's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client during the preceding ninety (90) days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
